Fleetwood athletes take part in Canada Cup opening ceremonies

The opening ceremonies of the Canada Cup, held on July 18th, saw Fleetwood athletes represented as competitors, bat girls, flag bearers and highlighted with our Learn To Play athletes, who got to walk in the ceremonies and take the field with Team Canada! So much fun for all!

Force 00 comes in FOURTH in their division at the Canada Cup

Congratulations to Force 00 for coming in 4th place in the Future Selects division at the Canada Cup. Strong pitching and clutch hitting came through for the team, as they went 4-1 in the round robin, earning the top spot in their pool. The highlight of the weekend was the quarterfinal game against the Diamond Dusters from Washington State, with a walkoff victory coming just past midnight. The girls battled right until the end and can surely be proud of all they accomplished this season. A special thank you to Robin Currie of Force U12 for being an amazing batgirl! Congrats again ladies!

Fleetwood Senior Ladies have great success in league playoffs

Congratulations to the Fleetwood Royals Senior Ladies team (photo above) for winning FIRST place in their tier league playoffs. We would also like to congratulate the Fleetwood Devils Senior Ladies team for placing THIRD in their tier league playoffs. Well done ladies!

U16 Boys Legends win BRONZE at Provincials!

Congratulations to our U16 Boys team, the Legends, for winning bronze at their Provincials in Smithers!

Force Supermites place SECOND in their division

Over the weekend, our Force Supermite U10 team participated in the annual Supermite tournament in Burnaby. Being such a young team, they were certainly underdogs, but absolutely exceeded any expectations. The team went an overall 3-4 for the tournament and made it to the final in the C division. There were all kinds of achievements, from hits, to plays in the field, and overall great teamwork and sportsmanship. It was very special to have four of our Force 00 players coach the team (Taylor B, Taylor C, Sydnie and Anjulie) and be amazing mentors for the young girls. Thank you to the coaching staff and Camager for all their hard work. We are so proud of the team and already looking forward to next year. Congrats on a fabulous weekend!
